CALENDAR
All AOTB property owners are welcome at our Board Meetings and General Membership Meetings. Board meetings are working meetings so non-Board members are usually in a listen mode. General Membership Meetings are held four times a year (per our Constitution) and include ample time for questions and input on AOTB matters.
We currently hold our Board meetings at 7 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of the month by Zoom for the convenience of Board Members, some of whom may be traveling or have child care responsibilities (just to mention two possibilities). (The Constitution prohibits Board members from missing more than 3 meetings per year.)
With respect to General Membership meetings, a decision of how and where the meeting will be held will be made closer to the event when health and weather conditions are better known.
