All Board Meetings and General Meetings are held at the Annapolis Neck/Hillsmere Library
All Board Meetings should begin promptly at 7 p.m. Adjournment should be no later then 8:45 p.m.
All Board Meetings except July (we cannot schedule a July meeting until March) and the November meeting are on the second Tuesday.
The four General meetings will held on the third Saturday on the months in January, April, June and November, beginning at 10 a.m. for coffee and donuts followed by a meet and greet time with the community with the business session commencing no later then 10:30 a.m. and adjourned no later then noon.
